CDAC Progressive Challenge - Series 4

Here is the tag I created for the latest progressive challenge hosted by CDAC.  We are on the fourth series of digital images and they just keep getting better and better.  I selected this cute Scaredy Cat created by Faith Skrdla of Designed2Delight Digital Stamp.
